Policy
Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. is committed to the protection and enhancement of corporate resources, in terms of its personnel, contractors, equipment, physical plants, the general public and the Canadian Environment. We believe Measurable Loss Control Measures and Lory Employee Well Being are integrally linked to Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality and ultimately Return On Investment.

SAFETY SHALL NEVER BE COMPROMISED IN THE NAME OF PRODUCTIVITY

Purpose
It is the intent of this policy to provide Lory employees and contractors a safe healthful place of work, and manage the compliance issues pertaining to all applicable Federal and Provincial Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental legislation. Additionally Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. believes in and supports the industry wide Guiding Principles for Worker Safety.

Method
Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. shall institute wherever necessary, effective and efficient engineering, administrative and operational controls to protect our workforce. Training and equipment appropriate to the nature of the hazard will be made available to mitigate both the potential for, and probability of, a downgrading incident.

Accountability
Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. Executive, Operational Management and Employees are jointly responsible for the discharge and fulfillment of the safety obligations inherent to their position. Contractors in the employ of the Corporation are requested to attend a site specific Hazard Orientation, perform their duties in a safe, operationally efficient manner, and inform Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. of any Hazardous Material or Work processes which may adversely impact worker Health & Safety.

Goal
Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. goal is to continue to nurture into the new millennium, the traditional business and family values which have led us to success. The Management of Safety to "Zero Accidents" is an important tool in that objective.

Policy
Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. appreciates the Canadian Environment provides us with a unique ecosystem in which we can enjoy our lives, make our living and raise our families. We recognize a corporate and individual responsibility to minimize the environmental impacts of our business, and acknowledge an obligation in terms of industry stewardship of the air, land, and water resources of our province.

Purpose
To promote sound ecological business practices which will prevent damage to, preserve, and enhance our working and recreational environment today and that of our future generations, tomorrow.

Method
The reduction of waste, through the reuse and recycling of products, both benign and harmful is a cornerstone of the Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. Environmental Management System. Substitution of products, which because of their very nature pose a threat to our environment, will be accomplished wherever feasible. Where infeasible Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. personnel will be trained to minimize the substances impact on the environment in terms of controlled use and uncontrolled release.

Accountability
Management is committed to assuring that products and processes which have the potential to cause an adverse effect on our environment are used, stored, handled and disposed of in a legislatively compliant manner. Lory employees will be trained, in the potential effects of the substances they use in routine and extraordinary handling procedures and processes, to assure their personal safety and that of the environment. Vetted Contractors will be required to furnish Certificates of Destruction when disposing of products that require such diligence.

Goal
Lory Oilfield Rentals Inc. goal is to operate our business in an Environmentally Responsible manner, in compliance with all provincial and federal regulatory requirements.
